Babies who are born prematurely or with health problems can receive care in our 42-bed NICU on the 9th floor of the Alex Grass Medical Sciences Building. With a level III designation, our qualified NICU team ensures babies get the physical therapy, occupational therapy, and support they need for their development.

With 72 beds dedicated to infants, children, adolescents, and teens inside UPMC Harrisburg, we provide acute and critical inpatient pediatric care. We bring the nationally ranked care from UPMC Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh to families in central Pennsylvania, while also providing direct access to UPMC Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh specialists if needed.
